Custom Software, AI Agent & Automation Portfolio
Real client and community work shipped from our Kelowna studio — web platforms, internal tools, AI voice agents, automation pipelines, and SaaS products built for Canadian businesses across the Okanagan, BC, and beyond.

HelpBC
HelpBC is our community resource platform, owned and operated by Lifesaver Technology Services Inc. The platform unifies verified social-service listings — food support, housing, health, crisis support, and more — across British Columbia. The first live deployment serves the Central Okanagan; additional BC metros are in the rollout queue.

Civil Proposal
AI-backed proposal research and generation for civil engineering firms. Deterministic site intelligence — permit timelines, utilities, traffic, stormwater, Indigenous consultation — runs first; then GPT-4 produces a structured proposal draft so teams can respond within tight bid windows with evidence-based scoping.

Project categories we ship for Canadian businesses
Across every category below, we focus on the same thing: software that fits how a real Canadian business actually operates, owned by the people who run it, and built to last past the launch announcement.
Community & nonprofit platforms
Resource-discovery platforms, donation portals, intake systems, and program-management tools for Okanagan and BC nonprofits. Our HelpKelowna and HelpBC platforms are open-access and serve thousands of British Columbians every month.
AI voice receptionists
Custom-trained voice agents that answer calls, book appointments, qualify leads, route urgent calls, and send transcripts. Built on VAPI and integrated with whatever scheduling tool you already use — Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, Jane, AbelDent.
Internal tools & operational dashboards
Compliance dashboards, intake portals, staff schedulers, custom CRMs, and reporting tools for trades, clinics, agencies, and tourism operators. Built to surface the data your existing tools hide.
AI-assisted proposal & document automation
Structured AI pipelines that turn briefs, site research, or RFPs into draft proposals, reports, or summaries. Used by civil engineering, consulting, and professional-services firms to cut proposal turnaround from days to hours.
Workflow automation & integrations
n8n pipelines that connect the tools you already use — CRMs, calendars, Sheets, Slack, email, accounting, government portals. Self-hosted on Canadian infrastructure when data residency matters (PIPEDA, BC PIPA).
Marketing sites & client-facing platforms
Next.js marketing sites, booking portals, course platforms, and SaaS frontends with AI features baked in — chat, smart search, automated follow-up, generative content blocks. Built for speed, SEO, and conversion.
Industries we have shipped for in the Okanagan & across Canada
We build for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and stitched-together SaaS. The deepest experience is in industries with seasonal rhythms, compliance overhead, or operational complexity that off-the-shelf tools never quite handle.
Common questions about the work
Can I see live examples of your work?
Yes — where projects are public, we link to the live site or app from each case study. HelpKelowna.com and HelpBC are both live and open to anyone. Private client builds (internal dashboards, intake systems, etc.) are described at the highest level we can share without breaking confidentiality.
Do you build for businesses outside the Okanagan?
Yes. Roughly half of our portfolio is Okanagan and BC clients; the other half is spread across Canada. Time zone overlap matters more than physical proximity for software delivery, and we work in PT alongside clients across the country.
Do you only build new things, or do you take over existing builds?
Both. About a third of what we do is taking over a half-finished build or a project a previous vendor abandoned. We assess the code honestly first — if it is salvageable, we continue from it. If it is not, we say so and quote a fresh start.
Who owns the code and the data after a project ships?
You do. For custom builds, source code, documentation, deployment access, and data all belong to the client. We are not building a SaaS that we hold over you. The only exceptions are our hosted services like the AI voice receptionist platform, where the underlying infrastructure stays with us — but your data is still yours, exportable, and never resold.
How long does a typical project take?
Marketing sites: 2–6 weeks. Internal tools and dashboards: 4–10 weeks. Custom platforms and SaaS-style apps: 8–16 weeks. Voice receptionists are usually live within 1–2 weeks of the kickoff call.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Support is scoped at project start, not bolted on later. Most clients keep a small monthly retainer for ongoing changes, monitoring, and operational guidance. If you would rather take support in-house, we will document the system so your team can.
