Lifesaver Technology Services Inc.is a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, with its principal office in Kelowna, BC. “We,” “us,” “our,” and “Lifesaver” in these Terms refer to Lifesaver Technology Services Inc.

These Terms govern (a) your use of our website, (b) any custom software, AI, automation, voice agent, website, or related professional services we provide to you, (c) any subscription to a SaaS platform, hosted product, or productized service we operate, and (d) any other product or service offered through our website or under our name. Specific engagements may also be governed by a separate project agreement, statement of work (“SOW”), subscription order form, or service-specific terms, which take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

We provide services to businesses and individuals across Canada and, where applicable, internationally. References to “you,” “client,” or “customer” mean the individual, organization, or business entity engaging our services or subscribing to our products.

Our services and deliverables are provided in accordance with applicable professional guidelines, ethics, and privacy frameworks. We follow the standards of the regulatory bodies that govern our practice (including PIPEDA, PIPA, and CASL where applicable) and align our work with industry best practices for data protection, ethical use of AI and automation, and client data handling. Systems we build and operate across multiple platforms are designed to meet these standards.
